Description
At the centre of the deep V-neck, the fabric gathers into a knot and opens a cut-out below it, one detail doing two jobs. Long puff sleeves balloon out to gathered cuffs, and a smocked panel at the waist pulls the shape in while still giving. From there the skirt opens into a wide A-line and falls to midi length.

- Long puff sleeves — Full-length, voluminous, gathered at the cuff.
- Smocked waistband — An elasticated smocked panel that shapes the midsection and adjusts to fit.
- Flowy A-line skirt — Opens wide from the waist down for ease of movement.
- Midi length — Hem below the knee and above the ankle.
- Boho line — Twist neckline, cut-out and puff sleeves together, built for outdoor, casual daywear.

Our origin story
It started with a price that was never real
A dress marked $120, struck through to $59 — and never once sold at $120. The first number exists to make the second feel like a rescue. It works often enough that most of the industry does it.
We found that tedious, and slightly insulting. So Morensia was built the other way round: around eighty pieces, each priced at what it costs, from a small team in Saint Anne, Illinois. When something is genuinely reduced, the old price is a price it really sold at.

A crossed-out price on this site is a price the piece was really sold at. Everything else is simply priced, on Thursday the same as today.

Every page tells you the fabric, the closure, whether it is lined and whether it has pockets. If a hem falls at the knee, we say knee.
