These Terms of Service govern your use of the Morensia website and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by EDWARD ECOM BUY-UP LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Morensia is a trading name of EDWARD ECOM BUY-UP LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Illinois, United States, with its business address at 1493 Oakleaf Dr, Saint Anne, IL 60964, United States. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean EDWARD ECOM BUY-UP LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products and display their colours accurately. Screen calibration varies between devices, so actual colours may differ slightly from what you see. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
4. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities.
Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If we discover an error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product photography, graphics, and the Morensia name and logo, is owned by or licensed to EDWARD ECOM BUY-UP LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to use it to transmit malicious code.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify EDWARD ECOM BUY-UP LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Illinois.
